We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health and Disability Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our health-related and disability support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery operations, coordinating multidisciplinary care arrangements, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the effective utilisation of organisational resources.

Key Responsibilities

·Plan, direct and oversee the organisation's health-related and disability support service operations, establishing operational priorities, service delivery objectives and management strategies to support quality participant outcomes.

·Manage organisational arrangements for coordinating participant care with registered nurses, allied health practitioners, general practitioners and other relevant healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, service integration and continuity of care.

·Develop, implement and regularly review organisational policies, operational procedures and service quality standards to support consistent, safe and effective delivery of health-related and disability support services.

·Oversee compliance with applicable NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding requirements,



incident management frameworks, workplace health and safety obligations and relevant healthcare service regulations.

·Direct workforce planning, recruitment, staff allocation, training and performance management for relevant service delivery and operational personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, professional competencies and accountability.

·Prepare and monitor operational budgets, review service delivery expenditure and oversee the allocation of staffing, equipment and organisational resources to maintain efficient and financially sustainable service operations.

·Establish and monitor operational performance indicators, evaluate service effectiveness, review participant feedback and implement corrective actions and improvement strategies to strengthen service quality and organisational performance.

·Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, allied health practitioners, community organisations, NDIS stakeholders and relevant regulatory bodies to facilitate coordinated services and effective interagency collaboration.

·Oversee organisational risk management processes, review reportable incidents and service delivery concerns, and implement preventive measures to promote participant safety, wellbeing and compliance with organisational standards.

·Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management,



identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the planning and development of sustainable health-related and community care services.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate the following:

- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Allied Health, Health Management or a closely related field.
- A minimum of one years of relevant professional experience in health services management, community health, disability service management or a comparable healthcare-related management environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing service delivery operations, workforce planning, organisational resources and quality assurance processes.
- Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Australian healthcare service frameworks and relevant regulatory obligations.
- Proven ability to develop operational policies, manage service performance and coordinate multidisciplinary service arrangements.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical and organisational management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, operational reporting, risk management and continuous quality improvement.
