Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is currently seeking motivated, reliable and experienced LO Order Picker, LF Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Operators to join one of Australia's leading distribution centres in Broadmeadows, VIC.

Pay Rates

- Day Shift: $34.96 per hour

- Afternoon Shift: $38.27 per hour

Available Shifts

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Roster: Monday to Friday

- Location: Broadmeadows, VIC

Positions Available & Requirements

1. LO Order Picker Operators

- Must hold a valid Australian LO Licence.

- Newly licensed LO Operators are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience operating LF Counterbalance or High Reach Forklifts is highly regarded.

- Experience with RF scanning and warehouse order picking preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

- Comfortable working at heights while operating LO equipment.

2. LF Counterbalance Forklift Operators





- Must hold a valid Australian LF Forklift Licence.

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience loading and unloading shipping containers using a Counterbalance Forklift is ESSENTIAL.

- Previous experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.

- Confident with pallet handling, stock movement and safe forklift operation.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.

3. High Reach Forklift Operators

- Must hold a valid Australian LF Forklift Licence.

- Previous hands-on High Reach Forklift experience required.

- Experience with stock replenishment, putaways and pallet retrieval.

- Confident operating High Reach Forklifts in warehouse racking systems.

- RF scanning and inventory management experience highly regarded.

- Strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your role, duties may include:

- Operating LO Order Pickers, Counterbalance or High Reach Forklifts.

- Loading and unloading shipping containers and trucks.

- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners.

- Stock replenishment, putaways and inventory management.

- Moving and organising pallets and warehouse stock.

- Conducting quality checks and ensuring order accuracy.

- Meeting daily productivity targets and KPIs.





- Performing general warehouse duties when required.

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

General Requirements

To be successful, you must have:

- A valid Australian LF and/or LO Licence, depending on the position.

- Relevant forklift or warehouse experience.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- Reliable transport to Broadmeadows.

- Availability to work Monday to Friday.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, KPI-driven environment.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and attendance.

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
