What you’ll be doing:
Are you a highly organised and motivated professional who enjoys supporting business operations, coordinating priorities and working with a diverse range of stakeholders?
As a Business Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of business and administrative services that support organisational success and community outcomes. You will contribute to a broad range of activities, including business coordination, financial and procurement support, records and information management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will provide reliable support, improve business processes and help ensure operational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and dependable professional who enjoys supporting business operations and working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. They can effectively manage competing priorities, coordinate administrative and business support activities, and ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time and to a high standard.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to research and analyse information, prepare reports and correspondence, maintain accurate records and documentation, and provide timely advice and support to stakeholders. They are confident using systems and data to monitor activities, inform decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
An understanding of, and appreciation for, volunteer-based community service organisations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality customer service, supporting organisational objectives, maintaining effective working relationships, and contributing positively to team outcomes and operational excellence.
