About the role
- Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
- Provide a mix of community-based and in-clinic appointments.
- Complete assessments and develop individualised therapy programs.
- Recommend assistive technology and home modifications.
- Collaborate with participants, families and other stakeholders.
- Complete reports and work towards meaningful participant outcomes.
About you
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
- Passionate about person-centred care and helping people achieve their goals.
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Positive, proactive and comfortable managing your own diary.
- Someone who enjoys teamwork, having a laugh and contributing to a outstanding workplace culture.
Essential requirements
- Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Current driver's licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working with Children Check, Senior First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to obtain outstanding requirements.
You will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check, (or willing to obtain)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Current driver’s license
