We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Transformation team, partnering with leaders to strengthen capability, navigate complex people matters and support positive workforce outcomes.

- Permanent full-time employment, based at our West Perth office.
- Adaptable working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 3 days in the office (or on site) per week.

The role

Reporting to our Group Human Resources Manager, and working closely with our HR team, you will be responsible for:

- Providing trusted strategic and operational advice across employee relations, industrial relations, organisational change and workforce matters.
- Lead workplace investigations and complex case management, providing clear recommendations that effectively manage risk.
- Identify workforce trends and opportunities, helping leaders strengthen organisational and leadership capability.
- Contribute to priority People and Transformation projects and support the consistent application of people practices across Bethanie.

About You

You are an experienced and pragmatic HR professional who builds trusted relationships and delivers clear, commercially considered advice. Comfortable working across both strategic priorities and complex operational matters, you use sound judgement, influence and curiosity to help leaders achieve positive people outcomes.

You will also bring:

- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Significant HR generalist or business partnering experience.




- Strong industrial and employee relations capability, including the interpretation of legislation, Enterprise Agreements and HR policies.
- Experience managing complex employee matters and workplace investigations.
- The ability to identify trends, assess risk and develop practical solutions.
- Explicit and influential communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
