With the current Branch Manager moving into a national role, the successful candidate will benefit from an extended handover and ongoing support to help ensure a smooth transition.

The Role

Reporting to the WA State Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the branch, overseeing sales, customer service, people and operations.





This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with your team to ensure customers receive a high level of service, enquiries and orders are managed efficiently, and the branch continues to operate effectively.

You'll also have responsibility for branch performance, including pricing, cost management and operational efficiencies.

A key part of the role will be supporting and developing your team, encouraging a positive working environment and ensuring everyone is working together to achieve branch objectives.

About You

We're looking for an approachable, practical and motivated leader who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a busy branch.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- At least 3 years' experience leading a branch, depot, trade counter or internal sales team

- Experience in industrial, trade or wholesale distribution, ideally within engineering supplies, mining services, electrical, hydraulics, fasteners, tools or similar industries

- Robust people leadership skills with the ability to support, develop and motivate a team

- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships

- Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to get involved and assist the team when needed

- Technical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning about the products and industries they service
