Sarros is growing, and we’re looking for a qualified electrician to join our service team.
This is not just another “turn up and do the job” role.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a business that values their workers and gets along with other great team members.
About us
Sarros is a multi-division trade business operating across Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances, and Hot Water.
We’re building a team of people who take ownership, think commercially, and want to grow with the business — not just sit in the same role year after year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service, maintenance, and installation work across residential sites
- Fault finding and problem solving on-site
- Communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Providing pricing or scope for additional works where required
- Identifying opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, or system performance
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer experience
- Positive communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- A proactive mindset — someone who takes ownership of their work
- Reliable, well-presented, and professional
The Opportunity (Important)
This role can evolve.
If you’re someone who naturally builds rapport with customers, explains solutions well, and enjoys the commercial side of the job — there is a clear pathway into a more sales-focused or hybrid role within the business.
We are actively looking to grow this capability internally.
What You Get
- Competitive base salary + super
- Performance-based incentives
- Company vehicle + fuel
- Stable, full-time position with consistent work
- Opportunity to grow into higher earning roles within the business
