About the Role

Reporting to the International Education Manager – APAC, you’ll deliver impactful education experiences across a diverse audience, including professional skin therapists, retail teams, media and influencers, medical practitioners and internal stakeholders.

You’ll bring Dermalogica’s expertise and values to life through engaging training, events, seminars and product and treatment launches, both in person and through digital platforms.

Combining a passion for education with a strong understanding of professional skincare and business performance, you’ll play an important role in developing our international markets and supporting service excellence, therapist capability and retail success.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Training

- Deliver engaging, high-quality education across in-person and digital platforms,



aligned with global education standards.
- Travel internationally to support APAC markets through training, events, seminars and product and treatment launches.
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of Dermalogica products, treatments, techniques, concepts and emerging industry trends.
- Support the ongoing development of international markets through training, meetings and education initiatives.
- Deliver captivating presentations that inspire, educate and motivate diverse audiences.

Collaboration & Business Performance

- Partner with sales, education and marketing teams to align training initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Build strong relationships with international business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead by example, upholding Dermalogica’s brand standards and delivering excellence across all education channels.
- Adapt to international time zones and participate in global meetings as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities in response to evolving business needs.

About You

You’re a confident, engaging and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about skincare, education and helping others succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable adapting to different audiences, cultures and learning environments.

You’ll bring:

- A minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy qualification.




- At least three years’ experience in skincare training or education.
- A strong understanding of the professional skincare industry; international education experience will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both on stage and in virtual environments.
- Experience delivering virtual training using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes on time.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across education, sales and marketing teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach, with enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility, cultural awareness and a genuine willingness to travel internationally.
