What will you be doing?

- Leading,



motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Driving new vehicle sales, profitability and overall dealership performance.

- Creating an engaging and customer-focused showroom experience.

- Coaching team members to improve their skills, confidence and results.

- Managing sales leads, follow-ups and the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

- Building strong customer relationships and driving repeat and referral business.

- Working closely with the wider dealership team to maximise opportunities and grow the Chery brand.

What are we looking for?

- Automotive sales experience, with a robust track record of achieving results.

- A natural ability to motivate, influence and bring out the best in others.

- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

- Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving targets.

- The flexibility to work a five-day roster across a seven-day trading week, including weekdays and weekends.
