To be successful you must have the following:
- Previous experience in a WHS or Safety Coordinator/Advisor role within construction.
- Experience working on commercial building projects is highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or a relevant qualification.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation, regulations and construction safety requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage trades, subcontractors and site management.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to identify risks and drive positive safety outcomes.
