About the Company:
Our client is an owners corporation management business providing services to property owners and committees. An opportunity is now available for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join the business and bring a proactive, client-focused approach to managing owners corporations.

About the Role:
You will manage an owners corporation portfolio, building relationships with owners and committees and coordinating the day-to-day requirements of each property.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day owners corporation matters and responding to enquiries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
- Preparing for and coordinating annual general meetings and committee meetings.
- Following up on meeting resolutions and agreed actions.
- Arranging repairs, maintenance and contractor services.
- Overseeing budgets, levies and financial reporting for your portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with relevant legislation.

About You:




You have at least one year of experience working as an Owners Corporation Manager and enjoy a role that combines relationship management, organisation and problem-solving.
You will bring:

- A minimum of one year’s experience managing an owners corporation portfolio.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
- Solid organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working with committees, owners and service providers.
- An understanding of Victorian owners corporation requirements.
- A practical approach to resolving issues and following matters through.
- Confidence using owners corporation management software.
