We’re seeking an accomplished Store Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our future success. As Store Manager, you will be based at one of our bespoke stores in the Northern Sunshine Coast working to inspire your team, champion outstanding standards and ensure customers remain at the centre of every decision. About the Role

- Lead, coach and develop department managers and team members to deliver exceptional service and strong performance.

- Lead by example on a day-to-day basis championing the White’s IGA core values and ways of working.

- Create a welcoming customer experience and maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.

- Manage rostering, recruitment, training and performance development.

- Oversee stock control, shrinkage, and monthly stocktakes

- Deliver marketing and merchandising programs effectively across the store.

- Ensure full compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, trade practices, industrial awards, weights and measures, and company policies and procedures.

About You





- You bring at least 3–5 years’ management experience in a supermarket environment.

- You have proven financial management capability across sales, gross profit, wages and cost control.

- You are a credible, visible leader who can motivate, coach and develop a diverse store team.

- You have strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, workplace health and safety, weights and measures, and trade practices.

- You combine sound judgement and advanced problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.

- You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships and are confident using retail and computer systems.

Desirable experience

- Experience in the independent supermarket sector

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Retail Management

- Tertiary qualifications in business or related subjects
