OMC Australia is a long established and growing meat processing company offering an extensive range of premium beef products to the retail, food service, wholesale, domestic and export markets.
We are looking for a Permanent Full time experienced Skilled Meat Workers (boners and slicers) to add to our team for our State-Of-The-Art beef boning facility in Dandenong South, VIC.
Must have/be:
- Excellent knife handling skills
- Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield.
- Able to pass a skills test.
- Physically fit.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
Full time positions, Monday to Friday. Early start required (5.15am).
Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year commensurate with experience
