We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to join a luxury residential apartment project in Cremorne, with an immediate start available.
The project is an 8-level Class 2 development approaching completion, with handover targeted for April, so we need someone with a strong eye for detail who can hit the ground running and drive the finishing works through to completion.
The Role
- Coordinate and supervise finishing trades across the apartments and common areas.
- Drive quality and workmanship across high-end residential finishes.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and detailed plans.
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing and day-to-day site activities.
- Identify and resolve defects and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Track site activities and documentation using Procore and 1Breadcrumb.
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end residential or luxury apartment projects.
- Strong understanding of Class 2 construction and finishing trades.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Confident reading plans, specifications and construction details.
- Able to step into an existing project, take ownership and drive the finishing works through to handover.
- Experience with Procore and 1Breadcrumb highly regarded.
