- Ongoing, full-time role earning $62,104 - $79,753 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As client services support officer, you will provide essential services at Western Plains Correctional Centre.

You will support people in custody, visitors and staff while keeping services safe, accurate and timely.

You will:

- maintain accurate prisoner property records, stores and prisoner finance records
- deliver mail and support safe, secure property processes
- coordinate internal transport and deliver nominated items across the prison
- provide helpful customer service to visitors, staff and people in custody
- process accounts, update records and collect information for basic reports.

About you

No specific qualification is required for this role. You should have knowledge of relevant laws, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.

You should also have:

- computer skills and knowledge of Corrections Victoria systems such as E Justice, PIMS or Oracle
- an understanding of stores and warehousing operations
- knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
