As the business continues its growth journey, we're searching for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead its customer-facing sales function and unlock the next phase of commercial performance. Reporting to the CFO / Director of Customer Experience, you'll take ownership of an established team of approximately 20+ sales professionals, driving sales conversion, productivity, customer engagement and overall commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, inspire and develop a team of customer-facing sales professionals
- Own sales performance, revenue delivery, lead conversion and individual productivity
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate sales growth and improve commercial outcomes
- Build a high-performance sales culture centred on coaching, accountability and customer experience
- Optimise inbound lead management, customer engagement and sales conversion
- Establish clear KPIs, performance reporting and consistent operating rhythms
- Use sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities, remove friction and improve results
- Develop sales leaders and create sustainable capability across the team
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems and support operational scalability
- Collaborate with marketing, customer operations and senior stakeholders to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Balance ambitious sales targets with an exceptional, customer-first buying experience

What You'll Bring

- Proven senior sales leadership experience within a high-volume B2C environment




- Demonstrated success leading and developing sizable sales teams, including frontline managers
- Strong experience in phone-based, inbound or digitally generated sales environments
- A track record of improving sales conversion, revenue performance and individual productivity
- Experience building scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks and performance management structures
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence using sales data to identify opportunities and drive improvement
- The ability to translate commercial strategy into explicit, measurable actions
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, operations and customer experience
- A hands-on, engaging leadership style that inspires accountability, ownership and results
- The confidence and adaptability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced business
