The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Fire Service Manager to join our NSW Fire Services team based in Sydney.

You will lead a team of technicians, supervisors and trade professionals responsible for delivering fire maintenance, compliance testing, minor works and defect rectification services across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

This is a leadership role where you will be accountable for operational performance, client relationships, contract delivery, compliance outcomes and financial performance across key fire service accounts

Key Responsibilities

As Fire Service Manager, you will:

- Lead,



mentor and develop a team of fire technicians, supervisors and delivery staff.

- Manage key fire service contracts and client relationships across NSW.

- Oversee maintenance programs, defect rectification works and minor projects.

- Provide technical and compliance advice relating to fire protection systems and Essential Fire Safety Measures.

- Coordinate Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS), compliance inspections and testing activities.

- Review and oversee quotations for repairs, upgrades and modifications

- Prepare quotations, manage project delivery, and oversee the successful execution of works.

- Ensure all contractual obligations, legislative requirements and compliance standards are achieved.

- Foster a positive safety culture and support Quality, Environment and WHS initiatives.

- Work closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Significant experience within the commercial fire protection industry.

- Previous leadership or management experience overseeing technical service teams.

- Strong knowledge of fire systems, fire compliance requirements and Essential Fire Safety Measures.

- Experience managing maintenance contracts,



service delivery and client relationships.

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience reviewing scopes, quotations and project costs.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications.

- A current driver's licence.

- The ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.
