The Alexander Aged Care Centre is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis.
/n
We are a 90 bed aged care facility in Clayton, providing person centered care to our predominantly Greek resident community. We are looking for PCAs who want to make a genuine difference and be part of a supportive team.

Current roster opportunities
/n
We are currently recruiting for specific Permanent Part Time roster lines, with successful applicants offered approximately 6 to 7 shifts per fortnight.
/n
Current priority availability includes:
/n
/n
- /n
Weekday AM shifts
/n
- /n
Weekday PM shifts
/n
- /n
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday PM shifts
/n
- /n
Tuesday and Wednesday AM shifts
/n
- /n
Occasional Sunday night shifts
/n
/n
Shift times include:
/n
/n
- /n
AM shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm
/n
- /n
PM shift: 3:00pm to 9:00pm
/n
- /n
Night shift: 10:00pm to 7:00am
/n

About the role /n
/n
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
/n
Responsibilities include:
/n
/n
- /n
Providing personal care and daily living support
/n
- /n
Assisting with mobility, meals, hygiene and comfort
/n
- /n
Reporting changes in resident wellbeing to nursing staff
/n
- /n
Working respectfully with residents, families and the care team
/n
/n
What you will need
/n
/n
- /n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
/n
- /n
Current National Police Record Check, or willingness to obtain
/n
- /n
Right to work in Australia
/n
- /n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
/n
- /n
Current 2026 influenza vaccination
/n
- /n
Current COVID vaccination status
/n
- /n
Availability to work 6 to 7 shifts per fortnight
/n
/n
Greek language skills are highly desirable, as they help many of our residents feel more comfortable and connected.
/n
