/n Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Tasmanian contractor with a strong presence across industrial and commercial projects. With continued growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work throughout the North West Coast, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region.
Your new role
/n Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of industrial electrical projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing multiple electrical projects from planning through to completion
/n
- Leading and coordinating electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
/n
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
/n
- Preparing and managing variations, claims and contract administration activities
/n
- Providing on-site leadership and ensuring quality project outcomes
/n
- Managing subcontractor performance and stakeholder relationships
/n
- Producing project reports including cost-to-complete forecasts, labour planning and cash flow projections
/n
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety standards, regulations and company procedures
/n
