Job Description

We are currently looking for an entry -level Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you’ve just finished school or have experience in retail or hospitality and want to kick-start your career, this role offers full training and hands-on learning.

You’ll support customers, coordinate home repairs, and gain all the skills you need to succeed. You’ll also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams.

This role is a full-time, office-based position based in Cocoburn Central, WA.

We’re looking for people with: /n

- A friendly, proactive andcan-do attitude

/n

- Good written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.

/n

- Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once

/n

Key responsibilities: /n

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders

/n

Lodge new claims via internal and external systems

/n

Manage portfolio of claims from start to finish

/n

Liaise with clients, insurance companies and trades to ensure smooth workflow

/n

Coordination of internal calendars and schedules

/n

Perform other duties as assigned.
