Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with strong reconciliations & debtor management skills

- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, sundry charges, and debtor management
- Process daily banking transactions and perform account reconciliations
- Monitor and collect outstanding accounts while maintaining accurate debtor records
- Prepare monthly debtor reports and assist with general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain customer records and support financial administration activities
- Provide general office support, including reception, document management, and administration duties
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance functions

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a large organisation




- Strong understanding of debtor management, reconciliations, and financial procedures
- Experience using accounting software, with TASS highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
