We are seeking a Project Architect to join our fun and creative Brisbane team based in in the Brisbane CBD on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of architectural projects from concept design through documentation and construction.
- Coordinate architectural design and documentation across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prepare high-quality design, technical and construction documentation using Revit.
- Participate in and progressively lead project, client and consultant meetings.
- Assist with contract administration and construction-phase services.
- Contribute to studio design reviews, knowledge sharing, QA processes and continuous improvement.
- Support bids, submissions, presentations and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships to support the continued growth of the Queensland studio.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, positive and high-performing studio culture.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience.
Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect, with current Queensland registration or eligibility for registration in Queensland.
- Approximately 5–8 years’ professional architectural experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple stages of architectural project delivery.
- Strong architectural design, technical documentation and detailing capability.
- High level of proficiency in Revit and experience working within coordinated BIM environments.
- Sound knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project experience.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and project deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented team environment.
- Emerging leadership capability and an interest in developing project and client management responsibilities.
- Experience in healthcare, social infrastructure, education or complex public-sector projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
