Our client, a well-established supplier within the trade sector, is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team./n

Key Responsibilities/n
/n
- Provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
/n
- Process customer orders and respond to product, pricing and stock enquiries
/n
- Follow-up sales and technical enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
/n
- Liaise with internal sales and account management teams regarding pricing, discounts and customer requirements
/n
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally
/n
- Assist with stock control and general showroom upkeep
/n
- Coordinate customer communications and provide timely updates
/n
- Support a safe and professional working environment
/n
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge workshops as required
/n
About You/n
/n
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail,
reception or internal sales
/n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
/n
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
/n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
/n
- Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
/n
- Experience within the industrial, construction, manufacturing or trade sectors will be highly regarded
/n
