Remuneration Package $142,384 - $153,038 (including salary $120,877 - $130,039)
Primary Objective
Manage the development and implementation of the Inclusion and Engagement Services workforce plan including, recruitment, strategic workforce analysis and planning, strategic budget planning, workforce capability uplift, branch strategic risk management and staff culture and care aligned with departmental priorities.
Provide strategic and operational human resource support to strengthen Inclusion and Engagement Services workforce capability, workforce sustainability and compliance with relevant standards
