About the Role
/n
We're looking for a licensed Maintenance Electrician to keep our highly automated FMCG production lines running safely and efficiently at our Welshpool site. You'll perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance alongside a skilled maintenance team in a quick-paced, safety-first workplace.
/n
Duties
/n
/n
- Execute planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across all plant equipment
/n
- Troubleshoot PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated control systems
/n
- Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and attend to production breakdowns
/n
- Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve plant uptime
/n
- Collaborate with mechanical fitters on scheduled preventive maintenance works
/n

Skills & Experience
/n
/n
- Current A-Grade electrical licence (or equivalent) — essential
/n
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation systems
- Strong fault-finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response skills
/n
- Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance, and rotating shift flexibility — Australian citizen or PR
