CAS Workforce is expanding our industrial and warehouse staffing services across Brisbane South West, and we're building a reliable pool of experienced Pick Packers and Forklift Operators to support our growing client base.

These are casual, temporary and fill-in opportunities , with shifts offered based on client requirements. This is a great opportunity for reliable workers who want flexibility and the ability to pick up additional shifts when available.
About the work /n
Depending on your experience and the requirements of each assignment, you may be working in warehouse and distribution environments performing duties such as:
Pick Packers /n
/n
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
/n
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
/n
- Checking products and quantities
/n
- Labelling, palletising and preparing goods for dispatch
/n
- General warehouse and manual handling duties
/n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
/n
- Operating LF forklifts safely and efficiently
/n
- Moving, loading and unloading stock
/n
- Pallet movement and warehouse stock handling
/n
- Supporting warehouse operations as required
/n
- Following site safety procedures and operational instructions
/n
/n
Some assignments may involve a combination of warehouse duties, however, your role will be matched to the primary requirements of each client assignment.
What we’re looking for /n
/n
- Reliable, punctual and professional
/n
- Physically capable of performing warehouse and manual handling duties
/n
- Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
/n
- Safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
/n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
/n
- Flexible with availability for short-notice and temporary shifts
/n
- Previous warehouse, pick/pack or logistics experience is highly regarded
/n
- Current LF High Risk Work Licence is required
/n
- Demonstrated competency and practical experience operating forklifts is required
/n
- Additional warehouse experience such as RF scanning, high-reach or other relevant equipment experience may also be beneficial for particular assignments.

As these are casual labour-hire positions, hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on client requirements and available shifts. Assignments may range from individual fill-in shifts through to longer temporary placements.
