About the role

Do you love talking with people, have an eye for detail and enjoy seeing a space come together? This isn't a job where you sit behind a counter all day. You'll help customers in the showroom, visit homes and businesses to measure up, prepare quotes, and look after each customer from their first enquiry through to the finished job.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming and helping customers in the showroom

- Helping customers choose flooring, blinds, curtains and other window treatments

- Giving friendly, practical advice on colours, styles and finishes

- Visiting homes and businesses for site measures and consultations

- Preparing accurate quotes and following them up

- Managing enquiries from the first conversation through to the final sale

- Building relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers and commercial customers

- Keeping customers updated on their orders and working closely with our installers and suppliers

- Keeping the showroom and displays looking their best

- Working towards agreed sales targets

About you

- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)

- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with all kinds of people

- Positive organisation and follow up, with the ability to juggle several jobs at once

- A good eye for detail





- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- Results driven without being pushy

- An interest in homes, interiors or design

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Comfortable travelling around Kalgoorlie and, at times, the wider Goldfields Region

- Live in Kalgoorlie or be willing to relocate
