Chamberlains Law Firm is looking for an experienced Workplace & Employment Lawyer to join our growing Workplace & Commercial team.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years' post-admission experience across workplace/employment and commercial law. The role is preferably based in Sydney, however we are open to considering strong candidates in other locations.

About the role
You will work across a varied practice, with matters potentially including:
- Employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
- Workplace disputes, performance management and termination matters
- General employment and workplace relations advice
- Employment-related litigation and disputes
- Commercial disputes and litigation
- Commercial contracts and advisory matters
- Assisting businesses with practical, commercially focused solutions
- Developing strong and lasting client relationships
Previous experience across both employment/workplace law and commercial matters will be highly regarded. Litigation experience would also be an advantage.

- Has 3+ years' PAE, ideally in workplace/employment and commercial law
- Enjoys working directly with clients and delivering practical advice
- Has strong drafting, communication and analytical skills
- Takes ownership of their matters while enjoying working collaboratively
- Is commercially minded and solutions focused
- Wants to continue developing their expertise and career
- Is interested in building professional networks, client relationships and participating in business development
- Brings a positive, team-focused approach
