We are seeking an experienced Terminal or Logistics Leader to lead the safe and efficient delivery of operations across the Murrin Murrin Logistics Contract.

Reporting to the Superintendent MMO Logistics, you will be accountable for the day-to-day leadership of terminal operations, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently and in line with customer and operational requirements. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, managing frontline teams and contractors, and ensuring the terminal consistently delivers against safety, service and productivity targets.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a strong safety culture and ensuring all terminal activities are conducted in accordance with company standards, legislative requirements and risk controls.
- Managing daily operational activities, resources, equipment and contractors to ensure safe, reliable and productive service delivery.
- Providing leadership, coaching and development to operational teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Coordinating loading, unloading, storage and material handling activities (including Dangerous Goods) to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
- Monitoring operational performance and compliance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing initiatives that improve safety, productivity and reliability.
- Building effective relationships with site stakeholders, customers and contractors to support operational outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading teams in large scale logistics, transport, dangerous goods, container handling, supply chain or heavy industrial operations.




- A proven commitment to safety leadership and operational risk management.
- Strong people leadership capability with experience coaching and developing frontline teams.
- Sound operational planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience in transport logistics, terminal operations, contractor management and Dangerous Goods environments will be highly regarded.
