THE ROLE
- Manager only 150 properties
- Liase with landlords to ensure exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures.
- Work closely with the leasing team to minimise vacancy periods.
- No routine inspections, allowing greater focus on relationship management and portfolio performance.
- Enjoy a well-maintained portfolio with systems and support in place to help you succeed.
ON OFFER:
- $100,000 - $105,000 + super

ABOUT YOU:
- MIN 2 years as a Property Manager
- Current certificate of registration
- Drivers licence
