About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Officer who is versatile and commits to delivering high-quality outcomes. Reporting to Community Management, you will assist in our commitment to ensure the facilities are well maintained, and the presentation is always excellent. You will take pride in your work and enjoy working in an environment where customer service is key. Previous experience in a similar role and a horticulture degree will be highly regarded.

What you will do

- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Watering and irrigation installation and repair
- Treating trees and plants for pests and disease
- Weed control
- Soft landscaping such as mulching, planting and garden edging installation etc.
- Leaf blowing
- General repairs and maintenance of community facilities




- Event setup and pack down
- Pool monitoring and cleaning
- Outdoor facility cleaning

About You:

- Broad range of skills with a Can-Do attitude
- Dynamic and professional with an energetic, friendly personality
- Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy in all work
- Ability to work within a small team and independently
- Well-groomed
- A focus on safety compliance
- Maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded
- Current "C Class" driver's license required (and maintained)
- Current First Aid Certificate
