Lead the Future of Applications, Automation & AI

MediAesthetics is looking for a hands-on technology leader to transform how our business uses applications, automation and AI.

Reporting to the General Manager Technology, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our enterprise application landscape, while leading the next generation of automation, integration and AI solutions across our clinics, support office and customer platforms.

This is not a role that sits above the work. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving complex business problems and building solutions that create real business value.

What You'll Do

Shape Our Applications Strategy - Review and optimise our enterprise application ecosystem, including Zenoti, Dayforce, Insider, SAGE Financials, Zudello, Web Expenses, OpCentral and digital platforms. You'll identify opportunities, reduce complexity, improve integrations and create a clear, ROI-driven roadmap for future investment.

Drive Automation & Efficiency - Design and deliver automation solutions that remove manual processes, improve workflows and connect critical business systems across operations, finance, supply chain and support office functions.

Lead Our AI Agenda - Identify and implement practical AI opportunities that improve customer experience, clinical outcomes and operational performance. From intelligent automation to agentic AI,



you'll help shape how AI delivers value across the business.

Lead the Team - Develop and mentor the Applications Support & Projects team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll bring:

- 8+ years' experience in enterprise applications, technology delivery, solution architecture or related fields.
- Experience leading technical or delivery teams.
- Solid integration, automation and systems expertise.
- A track record of building and delivering technology roadmaps.
- Recent hands-on experience developing integrations, workflows and automation solutions.
- Experience with AI, intelligent automation or generative AI technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to turn complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
