We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing business, support our finance team and help improve how we work.
Working closely with our CFO, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day finance activities and work with operations to improve reporting, cost control and project profitability.
Your role will include:
- Managing and supporting our AP, AR and payroll team
- Supporting month-end close, journals and accruals
- Overseeing customer setups, invoicing, collections and supplier payments
- Keeping payroll processes and controls up to date
- Preparing monthly reports, budgets, projections and cash-flow forecasts
- Managing loan and vehicle finance schedules
- Working with operations to understand job profitability and identify cost savings
- Improving our systems and reporting, including project costing, budgets and forecasting
About you
You enjoy being hands-on, asking questions and bringing ideas to the table. You’re comfortable guiding a team, working through challenges and following things through.
Experience with MYOB Acumatica and Velixo would be highly regarded.
