The French Beauty Academy Brisbane campus is currently looking for a new addition to our team as a Customer Experience Team Leader fulltime on campus Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Reporting to the campus principle supporting in the efficient and effective running of the campus

- Providing leadership to our existing customer experience team by role modelling and embodying the expectations of The French Beauty Academy





- Answering the phones, greeting clients and being the escalation point for the receptionists

- General administrative duties including mail, invoicing, data entry, system management and campus presentation

- Providing support and training for any new staff members and encouraging ongoing development within the team

Successful applicants will have:

- Strong background in front of house reception and customer service experience

- Previous team leader / management experience is highly desirable

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- A passion for providing the best customer service experience

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and keep organised with competing priorities
