We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor/Service Concierge to join our team at Wayville Hyundai and Genesis Wayville on a full-time basis.

Previous experience in customer service, automotive servicing or a Service Advisor role is preferred. We’re looking for someone who can confidently communicate with customers, manage competing priorities and help deliver an outstanding customer experience from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be the important link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless service experience.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression

- Managing customer bookings and assisting with service enquiries

- Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process

- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to ensure a smooth workflow

- Preparing and explaining service estimates and invoices

- Answering phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information

- Following up with customers and building strong, lasting relationships

- Ensuring customers feel valued and well looked after throughout their dealership experience

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service

- Confident communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone

- Experienced in, automotive customer servicing or a similar customer-facing role (preferred)

- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

- Reliable, punctual and skilled

- A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Able to build rapport and handle customer enquiries professionally

- Interested in the automotive industry and delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Hold an unrestricted driver’s license, which is essential for the role
