Merge Construction Group delivers large-scale commercial and industrial sheds across Victoria. We're looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial Shed Builder to join our team. Trade-qualified background an advantage. This role involves constructing, assembling and installing commercial and industrial sheds with the chance to lead a small crew on-site. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and taking pride in quality builds, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and install commercial sheds/buildings and steel structures
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure builds meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Work independently and as part of a team on job sites with the opportunity to lead.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Trade Qualification or experience in shed building, steel construction,
or similar trade
- Ability to use tools and Equipment confidently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transport to the base workplace (Work vehicles available for transport to and from site)
- White Card / Red Card is required
- Dogging and rigging ticket beneficial however not required
- Experience with driving EWP
- EWP ticket required
- Staying away is required from time to time
