Customer Service Officer
Location: Keswick, SA
Contract: 6 Months (with opportunity for extension)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $60 - $61

Excel Recruitment is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our client's team in Keswick. This phone-based role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and excels in communication, problem solving, and delivering high-quality service with empathy and patience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

- Provide accurate, timely information and solutions to customer enquiries

- Navigate multiple systems and databases effectively

- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening in all interactions

- Apply conflict-resolution skills to resolve challenging situations

- Work collaboratively within a supportive, fast-paced team environment

Requirements:





- Previous experience in customer service or call centre roles

- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex enquiries

- Technical competency with multiple systems and databases

- Demonstrated patience, resilience, and empathy

- Energy sector experience is advantageous but not essential

- Current driver's licence
