- Provide guidance on enterprise agreements, employment legislation, company policies and industrial instruments.

- Coach leaders through challenging employee relations matters while building their capability.
- Support talent, succession, remuneration, workforce planning and performance processes.
- Contribute to organisational change, leadership development and capability initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with site-based workforces, union representatives and key stakeholders.

About you

- An experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a strong track record partnering with operational, industrial or blue-collar workforces.

- Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
- Experience supporting unionised and EA-covered workforces.
- The ability to build credibility with both senior leaders and frontline employees.
- Strong coaching and influencing capability, particularly around performance and conduct matters.
- A commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence working autonomously, navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.
