The Position

In the role of Leasing Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

- Organise and attend open for inspections
- Manage the leasing and routines of an immaculately maintained portfolio
- Take rental enquiries, follow up email, and phone enquiries
- Process rental applications and reference check tenants




- Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
- Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
- Advertise and update property listings online

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role Leasing Consultant will have:

- A current COR or be in the progress of obtaining their licence
- Passion for real estate and property and a vision to progress your career long-term
- Ideally some experience in real estate, whether it be in an Admin, Leasing, or Sales role
- Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
- Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
- Strong organisational skills and ability to cope with a high-volume workload
- Someone with a real passion for real estate who wants to carve a long-term career
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
