About The Role
We are looking for multiple dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our team at Bungarribee and Guildford on a casual basis.
- Delivering personalised, high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of customers using a person-centred approach.
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
- Supporting customers with complex care needs while promoting dignity and respect.
- Be committed to positive outcomes for the people you support.
- Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
- At least one year of experience in disability/aged care, particularly within group home settings.
- Competency in manual handling, including hoist operation and repositioning
- Proven experience in:
- PEG feeding and safe swallowing support.
- Epilepsy management and responding to challenging behaviours.
- Bowel Care, providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required.
- Confidence and sensitivity in delivering personal care and grooming.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van.
Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
