About the role

The Head of People & Culture will lead SenSen's human resources function across Australia, North America and Asia, providing HR leadership and advice to the Chief Administrative Officer and the executive team. The role ensures SenSen's people practices, policies and governance meet the obligations of an ASX-listed company, supports the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and delivers a consistent employee experience across all jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the HR function and manage all HR matters across Australia, North America and Asia, engaging in-country employment advisers and service providers where required.

- Provide expert advice to managers and executives on employment matters, including employee relations, conduct, grievances, investigations and terminations.

- Maintain, review and update all HR policies and procedures so that they are current, compliant with local requirements and consistently applied across jurisdictions.

- Prepare Committee papers, data and analysis on matters requested by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chair, including remuneration, incentive plans, succession and talent.

- Design, coordinate and administer the annual performance review process across all regions, including calibration and linkage to salary review and incentive outcomes.

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts, right-to-work checks, induction, systems access, exit process and final pay coordination.

- Manage the company HRIS, including data integrity, configuration,



user access, reporting and vendor management.

- Ensure compliance with employment, superannuation/social security, privacy and workplace health and safety requirements in each jurisdiction.

- Support workforce planning and recruitment, including managing recruitment agencies and hiring managers.

- Manage overseas HR issues as they arise, including outside standard Melbourne business hours where required.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Business and Human Resources (or a related discipline) and relevant HR qualifications; AHRI CPHR or equivalent desirable.

- Substantial experience in HR management in ASX-listed environments, including experience in North America and Asia, ideally within a senior role.

- Exposure to Board reporting and presentations to Board Committees.

- Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Expert proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

- Thorough understanding of employment practices in Australia, North America and Asia.

- Demonstrated leadership capacity in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

- Sound judgement and absolute discretion in handling confidential and price-sensitive information.

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a part time role.
