Field Service Technicians - Mechanical & Electrical
Yennora, Western Sydney | $45-$50/hr + Super + Service Vehicle
We are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Service Technicians to join a growing field service operation based in Yennora.
This is an excellent chance for skilled tradespeople looking for a permanent position offering autonomy, variety and excellent earning potential through optional overtime and on-call opportunities.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Mechanical Technicians - $45/hr + Super
- Electrical Technicians - $50/hr + Super
- Fully equipped service vehicle provided
- Permanent employment from day one
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm (38-hour week)
- Substantial overtime and on-call earning opportunities (not mandatory)

THE ROLE
Working as a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment across various customer sites.
Your duties will include:
- Completing scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing
- Attending customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment faults
- Identifying worn or faulty components and completing repairs
- Conducting equipment inspections and operational testing
- Using scissor lifts, forklifts and other access equipment where required
- Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
- Communicating professionally with customers and site personnel
- Following all relevant site safety procedures and WHS requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant Australian-recognised mechanical or electrical trade qualification
- Mechanical Fitters, Maintenance Technicians and Electrical Technicians encouraged to apply
- Strong background in equipment servicing, maintenance and fault finding
- Previous field service experience highly regarded
- Current Electrical Licence required for electrical positions
- Current Forklift Licence
- Working at Heights certification
- Confined Space certification
- Comfortable operating scissor lifts and forklifts
- Current driver's licence and reliable driving history
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service requirements
- Professional communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- Willingness to participate in optional overtime and on-call work
- Full Australian working rights
