We are seeking an experienced Roofing Plumber to join our team for ongoing roof plumbing and stormwater maintenance works at an established residential aged care facility in Murdoch, Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and reliable plumber looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work, 8-hour shifts and regular overtime opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will be responsible for the repair, replacement and maintenance of existing roof and stormwater drainage systems.

Your duties will include:

- Inspecting roofs, gutters and stormwater systems for damage, deterioration and blockages.

- Repairing and replacing gutters, downpipes, stormwater pipes and drainage components.

- Installing new stormwater drainage components where required.

- Replacing damaged or deteriorated sections of existing systems.

- Carrying out general roof plumbing repairs and maintenance.

- Checking systems for leaks, blockages and potential water ingress.

- Ensuring drainage systems are correctly aligned, secured and supported.

- Testing and inspecting completed repair and replacement works.

- Safely using hand and power tools.

- Working safely at heights.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.

- Identifying and reporting additional defects, hazards or maintenance requirements.





- Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

What We Offer

· $45.00 per hour + Superannuation

· 8-hour shifts | Monday to Friday

· 7:30 am standard start

· Overtime when available

· Ongoing, regular work

What You'll Need

To be considered, you must have:

- A relevant Plumbing Trade Certificate/qualification.

- Previous experience in roof plumbing, stormwater drainage, guttering or related plumbing works.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

- A current White Card.

- A current National Police Clearance.

- Full Australian working rights.
