Role Summary
This role is responsible for the processing of policy alteration requests and functions for ClearView’s Life Insurance products in accordance with Financial Services procedures and guidelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The administration of all alteration requests for Inforce Policies
- Responding to Adviser and Customer queries in writing and/or telephone
- Meeting all service standards and quality objectives
- Learning process and assisting the Rollovers team from time to time
- Filing/scanning
- Banking
- General Office Administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior Administration experience - experience within Financial Services/Insurance will be valued highly
- Great attention to detail
- Diploma in Financial Planning - desirable
- Certificate in Product Knowledge - desirable
