About the Position

As the principal point of contact for students across the two Transformation Programs, you will guide their progress from entry through to graduation, helping them understand program requirements, navigate study pathways and access the support they need to succeed.

A key focus of the role is developing and maintaining strong industry partnerships to create relevant and rewarding workplace immersion experiences. You will oversee the placement process from identifying suitable opportunities and matching students with host organisations through to coordinating arrangements, monitoring progress and resolving any issues.

Alongside student support and industry engagement, you will contribute to the day-to-day coordination of the programs, working collaboratively with academic and skilled teams to ensure a positive and consistent student experience.

Key responsibilities include:





· Student support: Guide students through their studies, providing personalised advice and monitoring academic progression.

· Industry partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to create meaningful workplace immersion opportunities.

· Placement coordination: Manage student placements, including matching students with hosts and overseeing placement arrangements.

· Program coordination: Support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of both programs, working collaboratively with University teams.

· Stakeholder engagement: Contribute to industry networking, student recruitment and promotional activities

About the Person

You’re a proactive, organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys supporting others, building industry connections and coordinating multiple priorities.

To be successful, you will bring:

· A completed university degree or equivalent, with significant relevant experience.

· Experience in higher education or training environments.

· Proven ability to develop industry partnerships and coordinate workplace learning or placement opportunities.

· Strong communication, networking and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.

· The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Strong computer literacy and experience with common office applications and databases.

Experience with university systems and a current Australian driver’s licence would be advantageous.

Salary details

The salary for this {0.5 FTE} position commences at $58,097 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $116,195 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
