As a result, we are seeking an Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will play an integral role in the team by conducting comprehensive analysis, developing client documentation, working with our clients and contributing to the team's ongoing growth and success. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and eager to grow within a high performing environment.

About the role:

Transaction & Advisory Support

- Working with institutional grade industrial assets, preparing cash flows, assisting with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of sales and leasing transactions.
- Analysing economic and financial trends to assist with presentations.
- Performing a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market transactions, investment advisory, due diligence research, development, and market consultancy.

Client Engagement & Leasing Support

- Building strong relationships with owners and occupiers across Melbourne's Western industrial market, including regularly attending client meetings, property inspections and leasing discussions to support the end-to-end leasing process and deliver market insights and exceptional client service.
- Supporting leasing transactions across Melbourne's Western industrial market, including direct engagement with landlords, occupiers and institutional clients through inspections, meetings, presentations and ongoing relationship management.
- Participating in client meetings and property inspections across a diverse range of industrial assets.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting




- Maintaining and analysing market intelligence, transaction activity, vacancy data and occupier requirements to support strategic client advice and business development initiatives.
- Monitoring market trends and economic activity to provide insights that support client outcomes and team strategy.
- Assisting with the preparation of research, reporting and market commentary for clients and internal stakeholders.

Marketing & Business Development

- Assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns, submissions and property launch activities across a range of sales and leasing assignments.
- Business development, stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Supporting the team in identifying opportunities, building client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Melbourne West business.
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency, enhance market insights, streamline research and reporting activities, and support the delivery of exceptional outcomes for client

Team Coordination & Collaboration

- Co-ordinating the brokerage team and supporting the delivery of client service across multiple transactions and assignments.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across leasing, occupier services, research and marketing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

About you:

- Tertiary qualification in Property or Economics preferred.
- Curious and cutting-edge mindset, with an interest in utilising AI and technology to drive efficiency and deliver better client outcomes.
- Preferably some experience working within Valuations, Property Management or another property related role (CPV not required).
- Strong Excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organised mindset.
- Excellent written, graphical and face to face presentation skills.
- Career minded, client focused and committed to delivery.
