What you'll be doing?

- Engage with clients: Connect with new and existing clients via phone, SMS, and email, fostering warm conversations that lead to meaningful connections.
- Provide product knowledge: Offer clear product advice and create an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through their journey from quote to cover.
- Respond to enquiries: Address quote requests and answer questions, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
- Process transactions: Handle payments and finalise customer policies, ensuring a smooth and productive transaction process.
- Maintain records: Keep accurate CRM records and manage general admin tasks,



ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and organised.
- Achieve sales targets: Work towards achievable sales targets and KPIs, supported by a team-oriented and encouraging team environment.

Who are they looking for?

- Communication skills: Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solvers with a calm, helpful approach to customer interactions.
- Attention to detail: Individuals with high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- CRM experience: Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and interactions.
- Passion for customer service: A genuine passion for customer service and hitting sales targets, with a desire to help customers protect what's most precious to them.
- Technical skills: Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, to efficiently manage communications and tasks.
