H1 Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for casual agency shifts across Residential Aged Care Facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast region.

About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties
- Medication administration
- Clinical assessments and care planning
- Wound assessment and management
- Clinical documentation and incident reporting
- Leadership and supervision of care staff
- Delivery of safe, person-centred care in accordance with AHPRA standards and facility policies
- Assistance with mobility and manual handling
- Feeding and hydration support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Documentation in line with facility requirements
- Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and person-centred care

Mandatory Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 6-12 months recent aged care experience preferred
All Applicants Must Have
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
- Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain if required by facility
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Reliable transport
- Availability for casual, ad-hoc, and short-notice shifts
- Two recent skilled clinical referees
In line with Queensland aged care and workplace compliance requirements, RN applicants must provide evidence of:
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per current government/public health requirements)
- Current Influenza vaccination
