Warehouse Coordinator- Permanent Fulltime

Are you a hands-on, customer-focused professional who enjoys combining warehouse coordination, team leadership and customer service? We are seeking an organised and commercially minded Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate customer orders and dispatch, and build strong relationships with trade customers. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, customer requirements are met and orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, organisation and workplace safety.

- Lead and coordinate a small team, managing order picking, packing, preparation and dispatch.

- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely collection and delivery.

- Manage stock levels, raw materials, storage and product transfers from the manufacturing facility.

- Coordinate paint mixing, tinting and colour requirements to meet customer specifications.

- Deliver excellent customer service, handling trade customer enquiries by phone and in person.

- Build strong customer relationships and assist with sales enquiries, account management and product selection.

- Advise customers on measurements, quantities, paint coverage and suitable products.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, stock movements and warehouse activity.





- Liaise with the office team on invoicing and administration while maintaining warehouse cleanliness, PPE compliance and safety standards.

About You

You are a proactive and practical individual who takes pride in running an organised warehouse while delivering outstanding customer service. You can confidently manage competing priorities, lead a small team and build rapport with customers from a trade or wholesale background.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Experience in warehouse coordination, supervision or team leadership.

- Strong customer service, sales and relationship-building skills, ideally with trade or wholesale customers.

- Excellent communication skills, confident handling high volumes of phone enquiries.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of measurements, quantities, stock management and customer requirements.

- Hands-on leadership style with strong commercial awareness and a focus on sales, service and operational efficiency.

Industry Experience & Training

Experience in the paint industry would be advantageous but is not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates the initiative and willingness to learn. You will develop knowledge of different paint products, roofing coatings, colour tinting, paint mixing, product coverage and wholesale customer requirements.
