Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performing software functionality.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze operational pain points and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Work alongside testing teams and ICT operations to debug and resolve production issues, ensuring ongoing system stability.
- Drive robust security standards and software engineering best practices into all solutions, including technical documentation, unit testing, and configuration management.
- Maintain product baselines, contribute to product roadmaps, and provide subject matter expert advice to leadership.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Technical Toolkit: Demonstrated capability or strong willingness to work with Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms, combined with exposure to .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Linux, Windows, and ORM technologies.
- API & Middleware: Solid experience designing and building APIs (REST, OAS, SOA) and working with integration middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
- Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, Diploma of IT, or 5+ years of relevant commercial software development experience.
- Core Capabilities: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record of bridging the gap between technical delivery and business objectives.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline security clearance or higher.
